Integrity IQ, Consulting (Integrity IQ) unites law enforcement organizations and the communities they serve, by developing collaborative approaches to defeat fear and to improve accountability, transparency, and communication. Our firm specializes in organizational assessments, procedural reviews, policy analysis and training to enhance police professionalism and community engagement through innovative policy development and training to foster mutual trust and respect.

Our Leadership Team
BRENDA MORRIS
President
Brenda Morris is an accomplished team leader, senior corporate counsel and compliance expert. Brenda provided strategic leadership, enhanced business integrity, fortified enterprise risk programs, and provided training that reinforced business growth, as well as increased employee engagement. She is a frequent speaker on legal topics ranging from regulatory and legal compliance, parallel investigations, business, and cybersecurity.
Brenda has dedicated her career to compliance as a Deputy General Counsel for a Fortune 500 company, a Senior Executive Service official with the U.S. Department of Justice, an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney’s Office, and as an Adjunct Professor of Ethics at the Georgetown University Law Center.
Brenda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and her juris doctorate degree from Howard University School of Law. As Vice President for the Board of Duke Ellington School of the Performing Arts, Brenda supports young artists from underserved communities across the Washington, DC area.
NIKKI ROGERS
Vice President
Nikki Rogers is a transformation strategist and business coach with 20+ years’ experience in organizational change management, strategic planning, and project management across multiple industries for the government and private corporations. Nikki is passionate about guiding organizations through enterprise transformations to create trust and accountability among stakeholders.
Nikki holds a B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University and graduate degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Healthcare Administration (MHA) from UNC – Chapel Hill. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with graduate certificates in leadership development and change management from Johns Hopkins University and Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Nikki is on the board of Washington Improv Theater, where she currently serves as Treasurer.
